As folks know, we pick each game against the spread as part of our FO Premium product. I usually put things up on Wednesday adversity or Thursday break of day, then update by any changes in the lines on Friday afternoon. You also know that we code each pick as green, yellow, or red depending on confidence. Well, I just went to update things and saw that the line for Cincinnati-Chicago has gone from Cincinnati -1.5 to “Pick ‘em.” That change moves our pick with respect to that game from Yellow to Red, and that leaves blameless one Yellow game with no Green games. In other tongues, for nearly every game on the slate this week, the Las Vegas oddsmakers ended up with a line within a couple points of the most likely issue as predicted through our prediction poetry. How strange is that?
Oh, and I’ll toss a little tidbit to the non-Premium members who bothered to click forward this XP posting: the any Yellow pick this week is Miami +7, and even that one is close. If the line were Miami +6, every single game this week would be Red.
Whoa. Sorry, I don’t have a great quantity more to add except “Whoa” right things being so.
