Without the help that they got indirectly from Ferrari for hundreds of thousands of pounds, McLaren would not be in a position to protest to FIA the fuel saga. If Mclaren did not get illegal help, technically speaking, it would have been a one way traffic season for Ferrari and their drivers. Mr. Hill don't blame FIA but the Management of Mclaren who were one million per cent backing Hamilton and sabotaging indirectly Fernando Alonso. They cou;nted the chickens before they were hatched. Hamilton is a great driver and he has a great futur in Formu;la One. I feel sorry for him because the Mclaren Heads managed to make Alonso and Hamilton enemies instead of two great drivers fighting for the championship withou;t the indirect help of Ferrari and the money spent re the famo;us spy story.
