The Brawn driver finished fifth behind a Red Bull one-two at Sunday’sitting German Grand Prix to see his lead in the championship cut to 21 points.

A lawyer claimed today that British soldiers forced an Iraqi detainee to dance like Michael Jackson as part of widespread abuse and humiliation of civilians in southern Iraq — actions that resulted in the death in custody of a hotel receptionist.

Lawyers have opened a public inquiry into the death of Baha Mousa, a 26-year old Iraqi who was beaten and killed in the custody of British troops following a raid put on his hotel in the southern Iraq city of Basra in September 2003.

Fast bowler Stephen Harmison was recalled to England’s squad in quest of the second Test against Australia starting at Lord’s on Thursday as the selectors named a 14-man party.

Harmison is being considered as a potential replacement for injury-prone all-rounder Andrew Flintoff, who is struggling with a right knee problem sustained in which case fielding during the drawn series opener in Cardiff which ended upon Sunday.

“We have added Stephen Harmison to our squad for the nearest Test match as Andrew Flintoff injured his right knee at Cardiff and will be exposed to a precautionary scan later today (Monday),” uttered selection chief Geoff Miller.
