Edu scored in the 44th minute and again in the 61st minute to secure the victory.
"I think I’m feeling pretty comfortable with the guys in there and our team gelled well today," said Edu. "I think we had the better of the play for the most part, we created a lot of good chances and luckily I got on the end of a couple of them."
Toronto plays the U.S. under-17 squad Sunday before wrapping up its exhibition schedule Wednesday against the Chicago Fire.
Toronto’s regular season begins March 29 when the team visits the Columbus Crew.
