Vienna, Austria (Sports Network) – The reigning champion United States will head into next week’s first-round Davis Cup tie against host Austria with the same team that captured the 2007 title.

Andy Roddick and James Blake will play singles for the U.S., while the twin Bryan brothers, Bob and Mike, are expected to compete in the doubles for captain Patrick McEnroe. The Austrians, skippered by Gilbert Schaller, will counter with Stefan Koubek, Jurgen Melzer, Werner Eschauer and Julian Knowle on an indoor red clay surface atFerry Dusika Hallenstadion. Koubek and Melzer are expected to play singles for the hosts from February 8-10 in Vienna.

The Americans captured their first Davis Cup title in 12 years by beating visiting Russia in Portland last month. It marked Team USA’s record 32nd title.

The U.S. is 2-0 all-time versus Austria, including a 3-2 win on clay in Vienna in 1990. Their last meeting came in Connecticut in 2004, with the Americans prevailing 5-0.

The USA-Austria winner will face the Romania-France victor in the quarterfinals in April.
