MOTHERWELL, Scotland – Motherwell’s next two Scottish Premier League matches have been postponed following the death of captain Phil O’Donnell.
Motherwell was set to play Hibernian on Wednesday and Celtic next weekend but the games were called off Sunday, a day after the 35-year-old midfielder died after collapsing during a match.

TORONTO – Jerome Samson, Keith Aucoin and Brandon Nolan each had a goal and two assists as the Albany River Rats defeated the Toronto Marlies 4-1 in American Hockey League action Sunday.
The 6,812 fans at Ricoh Coliseum saw the second regulation time loss for Toronto in the month of December. It ended the Marlies’ six-game win streak.

Arizona was without standout freshman guard Jerryd Bayless Saturday when the Wildcats face No. 2 Memphis.
